I have always liked racing games and I've played them since I was a kid, but I think my favorite of all is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. You get the coolest cars plus they let you drive through all kinds of terrain, even if you aren't racing. And the soundtrack is awesome! I have nothing bad to say about this game!

And let's trade candies because I have yellow!

I'm sure you'd find the sight of me playing racing games hilarious (anything more complicated than Konami Racers ends up with me riding into one wall after another), but I do enjoy them, so I could probably give it a shot!

I don't know your taste in video games, but I'd definitely recommend Ghost Trick to anyone-- it's worth trying out even if it's not your thing, if you can find a way to give it a test run.

As for what it is, it's basically a timing puzzle game (and, um, I usually HATE timing puzzles, so…) made by the people who make the Ace Attorney games. It has a fun, if morbid, sense of humor (as it revolves around, well, dying), and the characters are all great.

Trick or treat! I think one of the most well done games I've played (I'm not a huge gamer) is 999 and especially the sequel VLR :D So good.

YES THEY ARE. I love Zero Escape, though admittedly I liked the atmosphere in 999 more. Walking into the shower room at swimming pool will never be the same again for me...

I will never not recommend Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4. Challenging but not impossible, full of detail and choice, and packed with a cast of main characters that I simply adore.

I'm actually playing Persona 4 Golden now, and loving it so far! The graphics took a great step from P3P, that's for sure.

Even now The World Ends With You is once of my favourite games and I would rec it out to anyone who hasn't played it. Really, really fun.

If you're into RPGs, I highly recommend Nostalgia for the DS. It's really fun, and charming, and the cliche storm is on purpose.

Not sure about your taste in video games, but I highly recommend Golden Sun and all of its sequels. ;u;7 It remains to this day one of my favourite video games...

As far as my taste in games go, this is bull's eye! I love Golden Sun series, it's one of my all-time favorites! ;w; Sadly, I never got to play Lost Age since it's so difficult to get it, but maybe one day I'll have a chance to get back to it...

Trick or treat! I always recommend people play the PS2 .hack games though the first series have aged pretty sharply. Still, they're all good fun, so if you see one in a used shop some time give them a whirl.

I'm only familiar with .hack//Legend of Twilight Bracelet manga, but it has a special place in my heart so I'd love to give .hack games a shot one day! ... If I had PS2, sob.

And I'd probably recommend the Atelier series! Because I want more people to play it They're really different from most RPGs as they're more about item crafting and character events than saving the world (Most of them don't even have saving the world plots at all, and more focus on the lead character's personal goal.) Most of them have a time limit in the form of days and your actions take up them, but the games give you plenty of time to get the best endings. Plus, it's one of the few series I can think of that has mostly female leads. The Atelier Iris games are more like traditional RPGs than what I described and are a little dated, but still fun! Mana Khemia 1 & 2 (which despite it's name is part of the main series) is actually my favorites even though it's also more like a traditional RPG, but still focuses more on item crafting and characters than the Iris games. Atelier Rorona/Totori/Meruru or Atelier Ayesha are more like what I described above, but Rorona is a little dated at this point too (But it's getting a remake soon!). D: Still, I think they're really fun and unique games and would love to see more people give them a try. I find them really hard to explain though, so I'm sorry if I just made it confusing. ;_;

I'm not sure if you've tried it already, but you should definitely check out Ghost Trick, if you havn't. It's made of the same people who made Ace Attorney, and the story and characters are as interesting, weird and awesome and the humor is there as well.

Trick or treat! I don't game too much and most people have already recced most of my good games, so I'll go with a classic and say Pikmin. It's really fun to play and for such a simple game it sucks you in and gets you attached to Olimar and the pikmin pretty quickly.
